Welcome to Confirmation Preparation 2023-2024!
Please fill out the Registration Form below to register your child for Confirmation Preparation for the 2023-2024 school year.

Registration forms are due by 9/5/2023 or sooner

Links to the Sponsor Form, Saint Project, and Service Hours Sheet can be found on the left side of the Confirmation homepage along with their due dates. Please keep in mind that there are events in September where Sponsors are invited to particiapte.

A sign-up genius will be sent in the summer to sign up for Sunday or Monday classes. You will be notified of the date the SUG will be published ahead of time.

  * I understand by submitting a form for my child(ren) to be enrolled in Confirmaion Preparation Classes, I am responsible for paying a donation of $100 to help cover the necessary costs of the program
  
  * If payment is not made at time of registration, an invoice will be sent to you.
  
  * If you would like to pay using cash or check, please make checks payable to St. Stephen Church and send them to Holy Spirit or St. Stephen Parish Offices.
